Requirements

• $40 credit check fee for each occupant 18 years of age or older (Cash, money order or cashier's check).

​

• No personal checks or credit/debit cards accepted.

​

• Copy of 4 most recent pay-stubs or other verifiable proof of income showing that you make 3 times the rent.

 

• Copy of valid government issued ID for all applicants 18 years of age or older

​

• Copy of Social Security card or TIN​

 

 

If approved - First months rent and security deposit all have to be paid in the form of a money order or cashier's check

​

Proof of renter's insurance required upon move in

​

Approvals are contingent on all of the above requirements and are subject to change at any time. Rental rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Rental lists and prices are updated daily or as needed.
